The First Six Weeks: Culture, Coaching, and Bootcamp!

Phase 2

Two-week Rotations Start through each of the following areas of medicine:

  • Advanced Surgery and Dentistry
  • Shelter Medicine at High Volume Spay and Neuter Clinic
  • Emergency & Critical Care – Hybrid GP/ER & ER Referral
  • Specialty Center
  • General Small Practice

Monthly: Journal Club and Case Presentations

Phase 4

  • Advanced Surgery Wet Lab with Board-Certified Surgeons
  • Endoscopy Lab and Training
  • Production Review of Earning Potential
  • Evaluation of Personal Goals and Aspirations

  • Abdominocenteses and NG Tube Placement Lab
  • Emergency and Critical Care Wet Lab
  • Ultrasound Lab and Technique Training
  • Case Review with Mentorship Team to Evaluate Charting and Patient Care

  • Associate Agreement Review: Guaranteed $150k salary after completing the Internship although current graduates earn closer to $230k on a 36-hour work week
